This hand-painted lighthouse welcome sign is available on a 9" X 12" verticle rectangle slate roofing shingle or a 12" X 9" oval slate roofing shingle with "Welcome" on the top. Personalize on the bottom with last name (ie: The Andersons); Addresses (house number and/or street name); Established dates (ie: Est. 1986); First names (ie: John & Susan), etc. Fifteen character limit for personalization and is not limited to the suggestions mentioned above....feel free to be creative!
All of my slate welcome signs are treated for outdoor display and come with an extra leather hanger for replacement in the future.

All of my signs are hand-painted on antique slate roofing shingles from New England and have been removed from houses, barns and businesses where they protected roofs for 75+ years in some cases. Each one is a little piece of history. Some are hand-cut by me and I pride myself in the variety of shapes that I create to make my product as unique as can be. All slate signs can be hung in direct rain or direct sun and will not fade or peel for many years to come. A card with care instructions is included with each purchase. After a few years, it is recommended to spray your sign again with Krylon Crystal Clear which is available at most Lowe's Improvement locations.
